IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A SECOND NOTICE OR A TOLL INVOICE STATEMENT WITH A T NUMBER,
YOU MAY NOT APPEAL ONLINE - PLEASE CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT.
Current and Valid E-ZPass Customers:
E-ZPass E-ZPass Customers able to provide proof of
a valid and current E-ZPass account in the name of the driver of the rental vehicle
at the date and time of the occurrence of the violation may be eligible for a reduction
in the administration fee for EACH UNPAID TOLL in question. Please submit a copy
of your statement (either from your monthly statement or printed from the Internet)
demonstrating such proof. Statements should be faxed to 516-570-0408. Statements
must be faxed within 30 days of the date of your notice or you will be subject to
a $10.00 late fee. If you are a current E-ZPass account holder and would like to
dispute your violation please complete the appeal form by clicking here:

Current and Valid I-Pass Customers:
I-Pass If you had an I-Pass (or E-ZPass) account in
good standing in your name at the time of the incident(s), please submit a copy
of your statement (either from your monthly statement or printed from the Internet)
demonstrating such proof. Statements should be faxed to 516-570-0408. Statements
must be faxed within 14 days of the date of your notice or you will be subject to
a $10.00 late fee. At this time, this is the only valid acceptable appeal for
unpaid tolls on the illinois Tollway. If you meet the above requirements
